Residential units

La Verza,Piacenza

The project has involved two separate complexes, the first batch of
which consists of four terraced two-storey units, while the second
batch was stopped at design stage. As for the building, the façade is
completely covered with facing bricks, typical of the Italian architectural
tradition, with some concrete walls reflecting the stylistic
features of the porch, to cover the access to the ground floor. The second
stage has included nine threestorey terraced units. The classical
setting of the project matches the quality of the materials, which are
those of Piacenza’s landscape, and convey the idea of sustainable architecture,
connected to the traditionof wood and bricks.
