This apartment had already undergone a major restructuring in the
1980s, with some demolition in order to obtain a single open space
room, which was centered around the fireplace area. Questioned by
the new owners for a better articulation of space, Carlo Ponzini
has worked on the project as if it were a loft, where the entire space
could be seen from every part of the home.
