Renovation of a building

The chief objective of Carlo Ponzini’s project was to restore the
building so as to maintain the unique consistency of the original
architectural features. Therefore, the main fronts have not been restored
through different material treatments, but through the highlighting
of their architectural elements: the entrance, the skirting
and the cornice. According to the project, the works have involved
the complete revision of the exterior finishes, replaced with modifications
of certain architecturalelements (eaves, balcony railings,
entrance portal, etc.).
