Carlo Ponzini has designed a sustainable village near the Adriatic
beaches and the pine forest. Local needs have been evaluated, to
propose a balanced distribution and composition of volumes, integrating
the buildings with the internal roads and open spaces.
The idea was to integrate various buildings into the landscape, differentiating
them by type. Therefore the buildings facing the side streets and future public spaces
(school, green areas and parking places) redesign the skyline.
