La Pusterla 

Carlo Ponzini has proposed to demolish the disused shed and silos
to recover the surface necessary for the construction of new buildings
fitting into the environment within a unified recovery and development
program for the Veggioletta area. Scope modifications
have also been proposed, involving the portions of land which are
no longer used for agricultural purposes and are derelict and neglected,
thus preserving the decorumof Villa Serena and of the
Pusterla complex itself.
