The project intervention involves the renovation and restyling of the Savi Hotel, located in the Municipality of Pontenure (Piacenza).
The property overlooks the central square of the village and is spread over four levels within a plot of about 1500 square meters. from an analysis of the state of affairs various criticalities emerged: inadequacy of the plants, lack of mechanized vertical connections, dated and obsolete finishes and furnishings.
The project, in addition to resolving these shortcomings, had to give a new image to the property, enhancing its potential and taking into account the client's economic expectations.
First of all, we thought about intervening on the main façade that stands on the Piazza and that must represent the new image of the hotel, with particular attention to the materials and the typical shades of the context and to renew and enhance the entrance and the bar area. , connecting it to the restaurant area.
The rationalization of the routes and the internal distribution have allowed to integrate the number of rooms and the insertion of a lift system has guaranteed accessibility to all the premises of the building.
The maintenance of the systems with the integration of the new generation, in addition to the replacement of the windows and the insertion of new insulation, have allowed to optimize the containment of energy consumption; special attention was also paid to the choice of materials and colors for interior finishes and new coordinated furnishings, the lighting study and acoustic insulation of the rooms to ensure maximum comfort.
