Residential building

 Spadarina, Piacenza

Carlo Ponzini has designed the construction of a building for
residential use, according to the existing regulations, in Spadarina,
within a lot which was included in the development plan implementation.
Each apartment, according to the project, has a double facing,
balconies with glass railings and iron structure and loggias or
terraces of different sizes. Particular attention has been paid to
the fourth floor, with three double- height room apartments. The
sixth floor apartments are connected to the attic. The characterization
of the façade provides an innovative breakdown of volumes
carefully balanced with the internal divisions.
