San Nicolò

In conceiving the project, Carlo Ponzini has produced a surprising
effect: the construction is no longer a set of conventional
elements combined together, but results in a path leading to
the mystical place. A composition of elements which aims at
highlighting the transfiguration of this place against the context
and transforms it into a great “mystical space”. The project also
involves industrial technology for sustainability with innovative
systems: geothermal heat pumps, infrared units, groups of
integrated dehumidification, heat and humidity recovery, rainwater
collection, environments for automation management.
